Contest rules

The IREF 2022 Trophies are placed under the sponsorship of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Recovery.

Historical

The “Best Franchisees & Partners in France” Competition was created in 1987 by IREF, Federation of European Partnership and Franchise Networks, under the high patronage of the Ministry of Trade and Crafts. It is open to franchisees or independent partners, presented by their franchisor or main partner, among the most successful in the network (with a maximum of two per brand) and possibly sponsored by a personality (banker, chamber of commerce, chartered accountant, lawyer , etc.).

Terms

Only franchisees or partners with at least two fiscal years can compete. A period of three years is required before being able to represent a candidate who has already competed.

Participation

The application file must be completed by the head of the network and/or the independent affiliate, possibly helped by his usual adviser (chartered accountant, lawyer, CCI technical adviser, banker, etc.).

Participation in the competition is free. A fixed contribution to the costs (ceremony, trophy, diploma, etc.) will be requested.

Application file

It is essential to complete the file with additional documents highlighting the action: photographic file, press clippings, testimonials, etc. The presentation of the file will be subject to a special price.

Sponsorship

If sponsorship (optional): a certificate from the sponsor must be provided in support of the request.

Jury

The national jury is made up of around thirty expert personalities, recognized in the fields of distribution, services, crafts and industry, excluding franchisors or heads of networks participating in the competition.

Winners

The winners are authorized to use in their communication the logo of the competition of the year of award in accordance with the rules of the IREF .

This year, the jury meeting in September, the files must imperatively arrive before June 25, 2022.

The award ceremony will take place in November in Paris.
